Ulrick & Short: Clean Label Trend Translating Into Sports Nutrition

As functional foods and drinks begin to dominate the market, are traditional supplements being sidelined? A recent survey of 2,000 consumers (TLF Research April 2014) revealed that over 70% consider themselves to be much more aware than ever before of the ingredients in their groceries.
