Synergy Flavors Sweetens its Offering with New Honey Range

Prompted by the increasing popularity of honey among consumers, the range is suitable for a wide variety of applications, and consists of five distinct profiles, including honeycomb, mild honey, dark honey, floral honey and Manuka.
The color, flavor and even aroma of a particular variety of honey often differs depending on the nectar source of flowers visited by the honey bee. And with hundreds of different honey varietals available, Synergy worked in close partnership with a beekeeping society to develop five recognizable flavors that deliver real impact. Via extensive analysis and testing of honey samples, Synergy’s flavorists were able to capture the unique characteristics of each flavor profile. Whether manufacturers are looking for a light, mild variety; a darker, distinctively bold profile, or floral notes, with an odour reminiscent of the flower; the new range offers manufacturers the versatility to create honey-flavored products that are characteristic of the raw material.
