Management at Precisionpack is totally committed to food safety and research & development projects. The new facility was designed in January 2009 and came on line in late April 2009.
Brady Insulated Panel Systems was commissioned to manage the construction of the food safe packing room.
Paul Brady assisted in the design of the room and then completed the service by organising certification for structural engineering, fresh air, electrical work, plumbing, air conditioning, fire service requirements and finally Certificate of Occupancy from Council.
The quality of construction and service provided by Brady Insulated Panel Systems was of the highest standard.
The new packaging room was constructed with insulated wall and suspended ceilings panels utilising the Microban® anti-bacterial technology.
The front of the room features three large custom manufactured ‘BRADY’ insulated sliding doors at 4 metres in height and 3 metres in width, with viewing windows.
The floors are sealed with a food grade epoxy coating and the lighting system was designed for maximum lighting output, easy of cleaning and maintenance.
