14 Nov 2017 --- The Start-Up Innovation Challenge is aimed at the promotion of international innovative projects on ingredients, presented during Food Ingredients Europe, which will be held in Frankfurt, Germany, at the end of this month. Innovations include a whole raft of sustainable solutions, including one based on insect protein and a high-protein healthier ice cream creation.
