24 Sep 2015 --- Glendale, WI – Every significant anniversary, Sprecher’s brewmaster creates a beer unlike any other. For Sprecher’s 25th he brewed a remarkable Belgian-style Dubbel. This year, for Sprecher’s 30th, he upped the ante by creating XII, a Belgian-style Quadruple (Quad) ale. Brewed in March, the beer aged six months until it was bottled on September 23rd.
