SOOooGood International, announces merger with Intermar Solutions
SOOooGood International Ltd. has owned and operated several coffee shops in Hawaii, all of which are now licensed to independent operators.
19/08/05 SOOooGood International Ltd has announced that on July 5, 2005, the company successfully completed its merger with and into Intermar Solutions Inc. and on July 18, 2005, completed a 2-for-1 forward split. The name of the surviving company was changed to SOOooGood International Ltd, and its new trading symbol is SOGD.
SOOooGood International Ltd. has owned and operated several coffee shops in Hawaii, all of which are now licensed to independent operators. The company is a major roaster, packager and wholesaler of fine Hawaiian coffee, processing several thousand pounds of coffee monthly. It also owns and operates a candy factory on the big island of Hawaii that produces Keoki's Donkey Balls, which are large chocolate-covered macadamia nuts, and Smokin' Ass Cigar Store in Las Vegas.
The company plans to sell franchises for Hawaiian-theme coffee shops and retail cigar stores in the future. Two of the company's products are Keoki's Surfin' Ass Coffee and Kona Red Mountain Coffee, which were originally produced exclusively for the Hawaii market, but are now sold on the mainland. The company also produces a line of gourmet coffee for the Las Vegas market called Rockin' Ass Coffee. The company is currently in the process of opening Rockin' Ass Cafe in Las Vegas. The company plans to continue to develop and market products with eye-catching packaging and consistent quality as it expands.
