• Sipa-Rice 35 is an Organic rice drink concentrate (75 brix). This base allows you to very easily obtain a rice drink by diluting it in water and then adding emulsifier and fats. It is the ideal base ingredient for the manufacture of 100% vegetable drinks (mixed with fruits or other cereals f.i.), without added sugar, lactose-free, cholesterol-free and gluten-free.
• Seda-Fruct is the first Organic fructose syrup. Its exceptionally high fructose content of more than 95% makes Seda-Fruct the ingredient with the highest sweetness level on the Organic products market. It is multi-purpose, so you can use it, among other things, to enhance the flavour of your drinks and to meet the demand for products with a low glycemic index.
• Sipa-Figs and Sipa-Prunes are new Organic juice concentrates of fig and prune. Natural sweeteners, they provide a fruity note as well as colour in a number of applications. Thanks to a new installation, the syrups are concentrated at a low temperature and thus preserve their flavour for use in products such as drinks.
