The new range enables food and beverage manufacturers to create a sugar-like sweetness while masking the undesirable off-tastes which are often caused by high intensity sweeteners. The APSS range can be labeled as “natural flavoring”.
APSS is a development based on Sensient’s proprietary extraction technologies and the selective application of natural extracts.
