18 Mar 2015 --- British ice cream manufacturer R&R Ice Cream, owned by funds managed or advised by PAI Partners, has announced the acquisition of Nestlé South Africa’s ice cream business. The terms of the deal, which are not disclosed, are subject to the approval of the South African Competition Commission.
