Rousselot Acquires PEPTAN from BHJ

10/07/08 Rousselot, a company of VION Food Group, has acquired the PEPTAN range, which was developed by the German company BHJ Peptan Products GmbH, a subsidiary of the Danish group BHJ A/S.
The PEPTAN range is comprised of hydrolyzed collagens offered in a variety of molecular weights and available in powdered form. PEPTAN hydrolyzed collagens, which can be easily incorporated into protein beverages, bars, as well as health-food and cosmetic products, are used by nutritional and cosmetic products companies the world over.
