Protein-Enriched Vitaminised Flour from PAVA Successfully Passes the Test with Altay Bakers
Several countries tested quality characteristics of the dough made from the new flour - PAVA foreign partners tried it in baking dishes of the national cuisine.
12/12/08 A few months ago PAVA announced the launch of a unique product – protein-enriched vitaminised flour which has no analogues in the world. Due to the specific production features, the flour contains a great number of vitamins, macro- and microelements, and it created interest among Russian and overseas manufacturers.
Recently the Altay grain processor shipped the protein-enriched flour to Afghanistan where it will be used in production of national pancakes. Several countries tested quality characteristics of the dough made from the new flour - PAVA foreign partners tried it in baking dishes of the national cuisine. The flour was successfully approved by the Altay bakers.
Protein-enriched vitaminised flour is more available for bread bakers. Its price is significantly lower than the prices for high and first-grade flour – therefore the bread is also less expensive. As the results of tests have shown, it is fluffy, porous, has a high nutritive value and excellent taste.
