01/10/07 We are pleased to announce that as from September 3rd 2007, PRAYON S.A. and KEMAPCO have entered into a mutually exclusive agreement regarding the distribution of Kemapco's Potassium Nitrate in Europe, North Africa and Turkey.

This agreement considerably strenghtens Prayon's and Kemapco's position in the horticultural markets.

Prayon's high quality water soluble Phosphate range (MAP, MKP, DAP) and Kemapco's Potassium Nitrate create an optimal synergy, which will be further developed by additional key products.  This will present our business partners a solid and unique product and service offering.
