PIP Organic Launches Children Chilled Drinks in Tetra Wedge Cartons Across UK

They are especially proud of the innovative shape of the carton, which they know is something children respond well to, and the fact that like all Tetra Pak cartons, it is made primarily from sustainably sourced materials.

20 Mar 2012 --- PIP Organic, the company specialising in 100% pure, healthy and organic juices, and Tetra Pak are announcing the launch of PIP Kids, a new range of chilled drinks especially designed for children and young adults.

A new addition to the successful PIP Organic range, PIP Kids is the first chilled product of its kind to launch in the UK market.  There are three delicious fruit flavors to choose from - cloudy apple juice, strawberry and blackcurrant juice and a pineapple and mango smoothie. All three combinations were given the seal of approval by children themselves during taste tests carried out in the product development stages.

From this week PIP Kids will be available in Tetra Wedge cartons in a number of high-end grocery outlets, including Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Ocado.com and Waitrose. A pack of four costs £2. 99, while a single carton is priced at £0.99.

Patrick O’Flaherty of PIP Organic, said:
“We are extremely excited about the launch of PIP Kids, and proud to be the first in the UK to produce a chilled, organic drinks range for children. Having asked kids what they wanted in a juice or smoothie we feel confident that we have reflected this in the new range. We are hoping to be a success amongst kids and adults alike as we are offering a healthy organic product at a competitive price. Furthermore, we believe in constantly being innovative and think this is reflected in our fun and accessible packaging”.
