Owl’s Brew Launches First Ever Line of Canned Beer & Tea: The Radler
23 Jun 2016 --- Owl’s Brew, the first tea mixer crafted for cocktails, is thrilled to debut its newest breakthrough product at the summer Fancy Food Show from June 26-28 at the Javitz Center: Owl’s Brew Radler. The Owl’s Brew Radler is a line of premium beers blended with fresh-brewed organic teas, infused with real fruits and botanicals. Seasonal and refreshing, Owl’s Brew Radler is a sessionable beer that is both the first ever line of tea paired beer and the first stand-alone line of Radlers on the market.
As with all Owl’s Brew products, the Radler features only organic, whole ingredients with no added artificial flavors. The Radler beers will be offered in 12 oz. cans and will launch in two distinct flavors this summer: Wicked Watermelon - wheat beer with white tea, watermelon and pomegranate; and The Blondie - wheat beer with black tea and lemon; followed by one additional flavor this fall: Jam Shandy - amber ale with black tea, hibiscus and strawberry; with more to come. The brand’s first foray into beer, the Radlers will be hitting shelves in the Northeast in July 2016.
Created by two entrepreneurs and tea enthusiasts Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield, Owl’s Brew mixers are designed to elevate any home bar. With simple instructions of “two parts brew, one part booze,” Owl’s Brew mixers are currently offered in five different flavors including The Classic (English breakfast, lemon, lime); Pink and Black (Darjeeling, hibiscus, strawberry, lemon); Coco-Lada(black tea, chai spices, pineapple and coconut); and White and Vine (white tea, watermelon, pomegranate, lemon peel). In 2016, Owl’s Brew launched its first green tea based mixer, Wicked Green, a smooth flavor profile spiced with habanero and balanced with notes of lemon and lime.
