Organic Juice Strategic Alliance Formed
The juices will be marketed under the Golden Choice Food Organic Harvest and Supreme Harvest labels and sold through major retail, specialty and club stores nationwide.

29/03/06 International Food Products Group Chairman/CEO Mr. Richard Damion has announced that the company has formed a strategic alliance with one of the largest fresh juice processors in the western United States for the exclusive retail distribution of a major new line of freshly squeezed certified organic and non-organic 100% pure fruit juices.
The juices will be marketed under the Golden Choice Food Organic Harvest and Supreme Harvest labels and sold through major retail, specialty and club stores nationwide. Mr. Damion said, "This new alliance is a significant development for our company; we are now in a very strong position to enter this exciting and profitable category. With the exclusive retail rights for this complete line of organic, pure fruit juices, we become one of only a handful of companies that have the ability to offer such products to stores nationwide.
Organic beverages account for billions of dollars in sales each year, and through this alliance we can meet the increasing demand for natural, fresh, good old-fashioned fruit juices. IFPG anticipates becoming a major force in this category."
With demand for fresh juice at an all-time high, the addition of these items to the company's current product mix, combined with its existing distribution, allows IFPG to gain a sizable market share with the Golden Choice Foods Organic Harvest and Supreme Harvest lines of juices. Damion added, "We have seen the rapid emergence of organic food products into mainstream retailing, as consumer tastes shift to more natural and healthier fresh food selections. Our Golden Choice Foods(R) brands are well-known for their quality, and this extensive line of juices should be one of the most exciting IFPG products to hit the market."
In 2003, North America surpassed Europe to become the number one market for organic food products and beverages. According to the Food Marketing Institute, natural and organic food sales in the U.S. have nearly tripled over the past decade. Research by the Organic Trade Association showed that Organic beverage sales increased in excess of 19% from 2002 to 2003. At the end of 2003, the sale of organic beverages exceeded $1.38 billion. Current data indicates that the market is continuing to expand at a significantly increased rate. IFPG expects to acquire a significant share of this market during the next few years.
