New Green Bottle Spring Water Bottle and Label
Driven by customer demand, the bottle was changed from green in color to transparent in order to better convey that ‘Green’ means the bottle is Earth friendly.
Nov 22 2011 --- Totally Green, Inc., a pioneer in organic food processing systems and compostable packaging alternatives, has introduced a redesigned bottle and label for its Ingeo Green Bottle Spring Water. The 100% compostable bottle is now totally transparent, with a more colorful, contemporary label. Driven by customer demand, the bottle was changed from green in color to transparent in order to better convey that ‘Green’ means the bottle is Earth friendly.
The bottle label also now features a QR code that customers can scan with their smartphone, which directs them to Totally Green’s website. Totally Green’s Green Bottle Spring Water is available for private labeling and comes in a variety of colors.
Totally Green’s major distributor, Admiral Express, is already shipping the new bottles to its business clients. Totally Green is currently in advanced discussions with a consumer distributor in the Midwest/Southeast U.S.
“Our Green Bottle Spring Water is not only healthy to drink, but the bottle is eco-friendly in that it is compostable like other bio-degradable wastes,” noted Mark Hight, Totally Green’s director of Green Bottle Spring Water. “This compares to standard plastic bottles that could take thousands of years to decompose, if at all. We offer pure spring water from the earth’s own filtration system and bottled in an eco-friendly package that helps ensure a clean environment for future generations.”
Totally Green’s president and interim CFO, Nate Baker, added: “Although the Green Bottle Spring Water cap is still not yet compostable, there have been some exciting developments on the R&D front as we work towards producing the industry’s first bio-degradable cap.”
