New Fresh Milk Packing for Latterie Friulane
The main reason lying at the core of the company’s choice was the new package’s greater hygiene: in fact, unlike the previous packing, the new one once opened closes up perfectly again and again, protecting milk from the action of other foodstuff in the refrigerator.
22/11/08 Before effecting a consistent investment in purchasing packaging equipment dedicated to tap management, Latterie Friulane carried out a careful market analysis.
The main reason lying at the core of the company’s choice was the new package’s greater hygiene: in fact, unlike the previous packing, the new one once opened closes up perfectly again and again, protecting milk from the action of other foodstuff in the refrigerator. Particularly, no smells are absorbed that may alter its organoleptic features and possible entries of alien bodies are avoided.
As far as opening is concerned, the tap now allows for a "more fluid" pouring of the milk, while previously, if not opened properly, an "irregular" pouring could occur. Furthermore, there is a greater practical use underlined also by the new package shape, slightly smoothed on one side, allowing an easy and ergonomic grip.

A foreshortened image of Carnia opens a coloured window on the pack and shows the countryside where the dairy products of the Consorzio Latterie Friulane originate and grow: "Only by Friulian breeding" is the claim that stands out with a touch of red: another important guarantee for the consumer. As far as recycling of the containers is concerned, cartons for beverages are a poly-laminate material mainly paper made and therefore recyclable.
