LycoRed Inks Deal with Lithy as China Expansion Continues

15 Oct 2012 --- LycoRed continues its growth in China, securing a multi-million US dollar agreement with Shanghai Lithy Foods Material Co., Ltd., a leading distributor of botanical extracts and nutrient pharmaceuticals for dietary supplements. The two companies sealed their long term agreement on September 3.

On October 21, 2012, LycoRed will host its first Shanghai Seminar, with speeches on Lyc-O-Mato by prominent overseas academicians. Lyc-O-Mato, a natural tomato lycopene complex is extracted from phytonutrient-rich tomatoes and is the ideal solution for natural lycopene fortification and natural red coloring of foods and beverages. Speakers at the seminar will include Prof. Esther Paran, Prof Joseph Levy and Prof. Yoav Sharoni. Prof. Paran will present her latest findings in natural tomato lycopene complex and vascular health, while Prof. Sharoni and Prof. Levy will be presenting new findings on lycopene and its impact on women’s and men’s health.
