26 Aug 2013 --- L'Arche Green N.V., which holds 51.083% of the shares in Heineken Holding N.V., is planning to buy up to a maximum of EUR 100 million Heineken Holding shares. L'Arche Green has mandated a bank to purchase Heineken Holding N.V. shares in the open market on the company's behalf between 9 September 2013 and 9 July 2014.
