Korbel California Champagne Toasts Sun Season With Exclusive Bottle
Korbel California Champagne released its new, limited edition bottle wrap, a perfect pairing for summertime celebrations. With bright blue hues and featuring the crowd-pleasing Extra Dry champagne, it's a one-time bottle sure to be a must-have item for the classic poolside party or beach cookout.
The striking, bold blue colors with the twinkle of what could be reflecting sun rays are reminiscent of long summer days and fun summer nights. With a distinct front label using the Korbel logo, and a bright, gold "K" that practically pops from the bottle, it's a fun and breezy look for the iconic California champagne.
Inside the bottle is Korbel's Extra Dry expression, the second most popular expression from Korbel and the perfect ingredient for crafting summer cocktails because of its balance and fruit-forward style. As with all of Korbel's expressions it's made using the time-honored méthode champenoise, and will add a touch of festivity to summertime celebrations. Its light, luscious flavors make it easy to pair with salads with sweet, fruit-based dressings or with spicy foods, especially dishes that use cilantro, ginger or chilies.
Limited cases were produced of the special "Summer Sparkle" bottle of Korbel California Extra Dry. The summer package is hitting shelves in select retail locations now, with a similar suggested retail price as the original packaging at $13.99.
Established in 1882, Korbel Champagne Cellars produces the United States' favorite méthode champenoise champagne. Owned and managed by the Heck family since 1954, Korbel currently makes 11 California champagnes and a small amount of still wine. In a separate facility, Korbel also produces one of the country's most popular brandies.
