Kancor America Makes Hires to Spearhead Technical Efforts

07 Aug 2014 --- Kancor America, a division of Kancor Ingredients Limited, (Cochin India) has recently hired Melanie Williams and Jeff Rotondi to lead the technical efforts for the company.

Williams, a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s College with a degree in chemistry will manage all key lab activities at Rutger’s Food Innovation center in Piscataway, NJ where Kancor operates. Williams, who is the Technical Service Manager will also be responsible for regulatory documentation and process improvement initiatives. Williams was most recently at American Instants Inc.

Rotondi, will lead all application and proactive concept development initiatives and will also be based in Piscataway, NJ as Kancor’s Application Manager. Rotondi is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and holds an M.S. in Foodscience from Kansas State. His most recent assignment was with Takasago Flavors.

Kancor America’s opened their corporate office in Morristown, NJ in 2013. The office houses sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics and customer service functions.
