Ingredion Signs Expanded Distribution Agreement for Desert King International Foaming Agents
03 Oct 2014 --- Ingredion Incorporated, a leading global provider of ingredient solutions to diversified industries, has entered into an expanded distribution agreement with Desert King International, the world's largest producer of Quillaja saponaria and Yucca schidigera products to be the exclusive global distributor of naturally sourced foaming agents for use in food and beverage applications.
Ingredion will introduce these products to the North American and European markets, under the FOAMATION brand, on November 1, followed by a global rollout in 2015.
Desert King International has been producing food grade saponins since 1978 and is the leading producer of quillaja saponaria and yucca schidigera -based products across segments ranging from pharmaceutical ingredients, agriculture, beverages and cosmetics.

This agreement only strengthens the relationship between the two companies, whom have collaborated in the development and marketing of Q-NATURALE, the world’s leading naturally based emulsifier for beverages, since 2007.
