Hercules Adds Strength to Valdorfo Premium Image

16/12/06 Lithuanian food manufacturer Valdorfo Didmenos has become one of the first companies in continental Europe to select RPC Corby’s upside-down multi-layer Hercules bottle, in order to enhance the brand image of its premium ketchup.
A family business operating since 1999, Valdorfo Didmenos UAB has quickly become a key producer of ketchups and sauces in Eastern Europe. From one of the most advanced operations of its kind in the Baltic States, the company has established a reputation for quality both in Lithuania and across Europe, with over a quarter of its sales generated through exports.
Valdorfo premium ketchup is one of the brand’s key products, and the company wanted to reflect its quality through the choice of packaging. The Hercules bottle from RPC Corby has a distinctive, curved shape and sits upside-down for ease of squeezability. In addition, its multi-layer PP/EVOH/PP structure provides long-term barrier protection for an extended shelf life.
