Nov 11 2011 --- FrieslandCampina Benelux’s sales and marketing departments at the offices in Aalter and Bornem in Belgium, part of the Consumer Products Europe business group, will be brought together under one roof in the first quarter of 2012 at a new office location in Destelbergen (near Gent).
All marketing and sales operations of the FrieslandCampina brands (Campina, Joyvalle, Fristi, Cécémel, Appelsientje and Nutroma) are to be brought together in one location. No jobs will be lost as a result of the combination and relocation to a new office. The relocation involves approximately 25 employees currently working in Aalter and 15 employees currently working in Bornem.
The opening of the new office will not have an impact on the production sites in Aalter and Bornem, where significant investments were announced earlier this year. In Belgium, there are sites in Aalter, Sleidinge, Bornem, Lummen, and from the first quarter of 2012, also in Destelbergen.
