Executive Board Member Mark Wilson to Leave Numico
Now that the integration has been successfully completed, the Dumex organisation will be incorporated into the Baby Food division and the performance of Dumex will no longer be disclosed separately from 2007 onwards.
09/01/07 Royal Numico N.V. has announced that Mark Wilson will leave Numico following the successful integration of the Dumex acquisition. Mark Wilson joined Numico at the start of 2006 to head the Dumex Baby Food business that was acquired from EAC Ltd. A/S on 2 January 2006. Prior to joining Numico Mark Wilson was President and CEO of EAC Ltd. A/S.
