The concentrated lamb seasoning contains a unique blend of oregano, chilli, cumin, rosemary, parsley, turmeric as well as garlic and tomato. Perfect for rubbing onto a leg of lamb, it taps into demand for modern new herb mixes and is perfect for large scale butchers, meat processors and food manufacturers to add to spring lamb that will result in a tasty meal.
