Danisco Granted Patent on IcePro in Great Britain 

11/01/08 Danisco has been grated a patent in Great Britain for its GRINDSTED IcePro technology. Danisco has for several years been working on the revolutionary GRINDSTED IcePro technology, which enables ice cream producers to significantly improve ice cream quality in general and reduce fat or other solids in particular without compromising texture and taste.
