Visitors to Hi Europe can sample a wide variety of innovative marketable functional beverage concepts, with tasty juices and dairy based beverages containing scientifically proven ingredients that satisfy consumer demands for enhanced mental and physical well-being.

When it comes to trends, functional beverages offering well-being and lifestyle solutions are just as hot as those focusing on improved health,” she said.

Cognis Nutrition & Health will present a handy sachet containing Betatene natural mixed carotenoids and Covitol natural source vitamin E. Mix the premix powder in water to provide a beverage to that delivers antioxidant protection from the sun’s harmful rays and helps to slow down the skin’s aging process.

Visi protect
Good eyesight is of prime importance to most people and awareness of Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) continues to grow. With AMD being the most frequent cause of visual impairment, there is no doubt that prevention is the key. Cognis offers a tangerine juice drink with Xangold natural lutein esters, to help maintain macular and retinal health. The product is aimed at men and women over 40.

The pressures of every day life require that we all need to de-stress from time to time. With its blend of Omevital omega-3 fatty acids for mood improvement and calming lemon balm for relaxation, Cognis proposes a red berry-based yogurt drink which aims to restore inner balance by promoting both physical and mental well-being.
