Cadillac Named as Solbar European Senior Marketing & Sales Director
Solbar has increased sales globally in 2006 by over twenty-five percent. This is largely due to management policies and resultant improved qualities in its functional soy protein concentrates and isolated soy proteins.
05/10/06 Solbar Industries Ltd., Israel, has named Jose Cadillac as Senior Marketing & Sales Director Europe. Cadillac will direct marketing and sales activities for Europe, as well as Strategic Accounts.
Recovering from a difficult 2005, Solbar has increased sales globally in 2006 by over twenty-five percent. This is largely due to management policies when it comes to sourcing of non-GMO IP soybeans and resultant improved qualities in its functional soy protein concentrates and isolated soy proteins.
According to Gary Brenner, Solbar's Marketing & Sales Vice President, "Jose Cadillac brings thirty-five years of experience in the food industries, including twenty years in the soy protein business. Since March 2006, Cadillac has acted as a consultant to Solbar. His extensive knowledge of Europe, Mexico and the Asia/Pacific region has already contributed greatly to sales growth in 2006."

Solbar will exhibit at the Heath Ingredients Europe (Frankfurt, November 14-16th), emphasizing its range of isolated soy proteins and soy isoflavones.
