5/24/2011 --- Butter Buds Food Ingredients now offers Non-Dairy Butter And Non-Dairy Cream Flavors that are certified as Parve. These ingredients are made with Butter Buds’ proprietary enzyme technology, and provide high-quality flavor and dairy richness.
Considered the most versatile of Kosher foods, Parve, or Pareve, ingredients are produced under rabbinical supervision in specially-dedicated tanks.
These new butter and cream flavors are suitable for use in bakery, confectionery, sauces, meat, poultry, gravies, dry mixes, and cheese products. They mark the latest addition to our growing line of Butter Buds products with Parve certification including Butter Buds Bacon, Olive Oil Buds, CocoaButter Buds, and Dried Beer Extract.
