Bunge Completes Acquisition of Amrit Banaspati’s Edible Oils and Fats Business
Bunge has completed the previously announced acquisition of the edible oils and fats business of Amrit Banaspati.
Feb 13 2012 --- Bunge India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bunge Limited and Amrit Banaspati Company Limited announced that Bunge has completed the previously announced acquisition of the edible oils and fats business of Amrit Banaspati.
Bunge India also completed the acquisition of rights to GAGAN, the vanaspati brand held by Amrit Corp. Limited.
