8 Oct 2009 --- Borregaard Ingredients will present four vanillin creations designed for the use in chocolate, bakery, dairy and sweets at the Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) conference in Frankfurt mid November. The new product range is called “EuroVanillin Expert” and the concept is to offer vanillin creations that support the characteristics of the customer’s products at competitive costs-in-use.

“EuroVanillin Expert offers the little extra. Borregaard is happy to offer products that go beyond vanillin, without entering the field of top-notes. Our expertise is in raw material of great quality and the highest level of product safety”, says Thomas Marwedel, Business Director at Borregaard Ingredients.
Borregaard is the world’s most advanced biorefinery. Using wood as a raw material, Borregaard produce bio chemicals and green ingredients as alternatives to petrochemical products. Borregaard Ingredients’ core-offer is EuroVanillin Supreme. Borregaard’s vanillin from wood has the lowest CO2-footprint.
“EuroVanillin Supreme is an outstanding vanillin. It’s not only the fine and smooth taste that makes the difference, but also EuroVanillin Supreme’s properties in terms of sustainability”, says Marwedel.
