By tasting session, visitants will be able to get in touch with the benefits of Bionis and Bioenhance lines performing synergistically and allowing 70% of sodium reduction in snack applications. Bionis line of yeast extracts provides more body, mouth feel and umami, whereas Bioenhance line of natutal taste enhancers creates and harmonizes taste, increasing the intensity of salt perception with no salt addition.
Biorigin also has in its portfolio Biotaste - line of roasted taste enhancers that delivers meat, beef, chicken and toasted notes taste enhancement, Biogard line of ingredients for bakery and flavor, Goldcell line of inactive, autolized and mineralized yeasts, and Biozalt salt replacer.
