Made locally, the cider from 100% NY apples is distilled to a fine spirit at Black Dirt Distillery upstate before being aged in char 2 oak barrels at Brooklyn’s Van Brunt Stillhouse. Hand-labeled and individually numbered, the first batch will be available at select NY State retailers and online in a limited run of just 400 cases.
