AIT Ingredients Creates New Substitute for Guar Gum

13 Sep 2012 --- AIT Ingredients is launching VitalGlucane H+, a new ingredient, 100% natural, which enables water uptake by dough to be appreciably improved. Depending on the application, using VitalGlucane H+ as a substitute for Guar gum (which is soaring in price) can turn out to be 3 to 4 times more economical.
