ADM Cocoa Experts Collaborate with Customers at Recently Opened UK Technical Centre
New Centres in the UK and Asia provide customers with unique access to products, technical services and test facilities.
Oct 25 2010 --- Through ADM Cocoa’s recently opened UK technical centre, customers have unique access to products, technical services and test facilities in one location – enabling them to create improved products more efficiently.
ADM Cocoa opened the deZaan Chocolate Advantage Centre in Liverpool earlier this year to offer customers in the UK and Ireland comprehensive technical services and support to help them successfully create new cocoa and chocolate products or improve existing ones. In April, ADM Cocoa opened a similar technical centre in Singapore.
With a market-leading range of high quality chocolates, liquors, butters and powders, ADM Cocoa works with customers in the Centre to explore new product opportunities in bakery, confectionery and beverage applications. In the Centre’s on-site pilot plant and laboratory facilities, customers can work with ADM Cocoa technical experts to explore each stage of the product development process, from the initial concept to small-batch production.

At the Advantage Centre in Liverpool, ADM Cocoa will hold customer seminars on topics such as formulation techniques, cocoa market trends and regulatory issues that affect cocoa and chocolate products.
A series of one-day customer workshops is scheduled to take place at the Liverpool Advantage Centre before the end of the year.
