Range of VEDEQSA products:
MIRENAT®: Food preservatives based on LAE®, specially designed for increasing the shelf life of a broad variety of food products, especially in meat and poultry, dairy, ready-to-eat products and beverages (in the EU can be used only in heat-treated meat products such as: cooked ham, cooked turkey, bacon, mortadella, roast beef, precooked meat and other meat products, except emulsified sausage, smoked sausage and liver paste).
MIRCAP®: Microencapsulated ingredients and additives coated and protected against detrimental conditions of temperature, pH and solubility. MIRCAP® products release the active compound in a controlled way prolonging the shelf life of, among others, BAKERY, CONFECTIONERY and MEAT products.
MONETIL®: Fat emulsion based on different types of vegetable oil, that allow substitution (1:1) of saturated fat reducing its content in biscuits, pastries, fillings, puff pastries, ice creams and sauces.
ALKEMIR®: Hydrocolloid formulations designed for various applications and composed by different mixtures based on alginates, carrageenans and gums such as xanthan gum, guar gum and locust bean gum.
SM-1035®: Food preservatives that can be used in a wide range of food products with a clean labelling option, specially designed to preserve meat, bakery and dairy products, as well as appetizers, dry mixes, soups, marinated preparations, dressings and sauces.
LAMIRCID®: Effective preservatives based on natamycin in different concentrations, ideal for external treatment of cheeses and dry cured sausages.
FUNGUS®: Antifungal surface treatment for cheese and dry cured sausages, based on natamycin and polyvinyl acetate.
