13 Aug 2018 --- Silesia notes how Innova Market Insights’ “Beyond the Coffeehouse” trend is leading to a reinvention of how we see coffee flavor, taking it into new and different segments. For their fresh roasted pecans concept, presented at IFT, the flavor supplier took rich and creamy flavor and complemented it with cinnamon spice and slightly sweet caramel flavors and fresh roasted onto pecans – “making for a tempting sweet treat.” The company also presented a cold brew coffee concept and a vinegar-based shrub beverage as a “red rhuby refresher,” where “seedy, fruity strawberry is perfectly complemented by the tart rhubarb stalks.”
