PGP International is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high protein crisps and grain crisps for the Cereal, Energy and Nutritional Bar industry, both domestically and internationally.Their highly skilled Research and Development team works with customers to develop new product innovations and to improve their existing formulations. Their range of dry texturized pea proteins mimic the texture of meat to provide more versatility and creativity to manufacturers developing plant-based alternatives. These can be supplied in various combinations of shape, size and protein content. Their extruded ingredient line includes an assortment of extruded crisps made using soy, hexane-free pea protein and rice as well as a variety of gluten-free rice breading / food coating systems. These coating systems can also be made using grains other than rice.
 
They offer a variety of rice based functional ingredients for the food and nutraceutical industry under the PAC brand. Our PAC products are rice based pre-gelatinized and hydrolyzed rice flours which have been developed for applications in the bakery, beverage, dressing and sauces, ice cream and meat industries. Non-food related applications include cosmetics and capsules. These products are also available organically.
