Our mycoprotein is derived from a type of filamentous fungi called Fusarium venenatum.
It is versatile: 100% pure fungal biomass with a natural structure, that helps deliver the most desired characteristics in various applications from meat alternatives through dairy alternatives and beyond.
It is nutritious: Rich in fibre and protein, providing all nine essential amino acids, our mycoprotein is low in fat and saturated fat. It also provides a good source of vitamins and minerals, while being minimally processed.
It is sustainable: Validated by the Carbon Trust our mycoprotein shows significantly lower carbon, land and water footprints than common protein sources such as beef mince, chicken breast, pork, soy or textured vegetable protein.*
