Products / Markets

At Handary, we have developed a complete portfolio of Natural And Clean-Labels solutions to answer all the challenges of the food and beverages industry. We are providing natural antimicrobials, antioxidant,   fermented solutions, extracts, protective culture, Fibers, color stabilizers, and blends. We are covering all types of applications as bakery, beverages, culinary, confectionery, dairy, fruits & vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood and oils & fats.

ANTIMICROBIALS. Used to prevent biological deterioration by inhibiting or killing unwanted bacteria, yeasts and molds throughout food shelf-life. Natamycin family offers strong natural protection against yeasts and molds at low dosages and include products such as Natap®, Natalac®, Natadex®, NataNacl®, and Natasan. Polylysine offers strong protection against TPC, and Handary provides natural solutions under the brands Epolyly® and Epolyly HCL®. Nisin is effective against Gram-positive bacteria, and we offer two brands as vegetal NisinA® and vegetal NisinZ®. Lysozyme is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and we offer different types of lysozyme under the brands LysochE4®, LysochG4® and LysochL4®. Protective Cultures show strong protection against yeast, molds, Listeria, and Clostridium designed under the brand Befresh AF. Proteria is produced by fermenting selected food-grade cultures from sugar-based ingredients that maximized the overall quality and microbial stability and include products such as Proteria CP, Proteria CA, Proteria CV, Proteria AL and Proteria SR. Natural Extracts show a broad antimicrobial action against fungi, gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and come under the brand of Chitoly OM, Chitoly AB, Mushria and Planteria CF. PhageX brand is used for the control of bacterial pathogens. We offer different solutions under the brands PhageX AL, PhageX AS and PhageX AE. 

ANTIOXIDANTS. Used to help to preserve foods by delaying the development of rancidity, deterioration, and discolouration due to oxidation. At Handary, it comes under the Guardox brand and has a wide range of natural extracts such as acerola, olive, jasmine, rosemary and green tea.

FRESH-KEEPERS. Used to keep food fresh by controlling moisture migration, stale texture, enzymatic browning, color loss and nutrient loss. It includes White Fiber, Antibraun, Fixolor and Koatilm.

SHELF LIFE EXTENDERS. An all-natural range of tailored blends is used to increase the shelf-life of foods by stabilizing multi-deteriorating factors or inhibiting multi-spoilage factors.
