Worldwide procurement of raw materials for the juice, beverage, and food industry involves challenges that are perfectly known to us, as well as related logistics. Our mission is to provide our suppliers and customers a substantial, professional and impeccable service – this has a long tradition in our family-run company.

Since its founding, Carrière GmbH has been a member of the SGF – the voluntary self-control of the fruit juice industry. We are also a member of SEDEX and plan to obtain the IFS Broker certification very soon. Many of our suppliers are associated with the SGF and have a GFSI certification. Their products are all in accordance with the AIJN Code of Practice. We hold close personal contact with our producers and visit them regularly – an essential basis for our successful activities.

Products / Markets

Carrière is strongly involved in the orange and pineapple business for the beverage industry and has continuously grown to become an established global player. Further products, such as pear puree concentrate, grape juice or grapefruit juice and juice concentrate, have increased substantially in volume and importance for us over the years.

With our diversified product range, we supply component and aroma producers, as well as juice manufacturers. Clear and cloudy vegetable juices and juice concentrates round off our product portfolio. Aseptic and frozen purees and concentrates, mainly from tropical fruits, are used in fruit preparations, smoothies, catering and the beverage industry. The preferred categories are guava, mango and passionfruit.

In addition to all types of juices, purees and IQF, such as orange, pineapple, ginger, turmeric and yuzu, we supply a broad variety of by-products: 

100% natural aromas from the named fruit are increasingly being used in all food sectors. Our range of supply comprises FTNF restoration aromas and water phases of almost every fruit and vegetable, followed by essential oils, terpenes, d‘limonene, seed oils, seeds, peels and many more.

As a result of our innovative development, our extensive product portfolio includes additional forms of processed fruit and vegetables in a wide variety of powders. This part of our network has also been built on and with reliable partners.

Powders with and without carriers, organic or conventional, dried in various ways (including spray-dried, freeze-dried, roller-dried and air-dried) are used in various applications in the beverage, ice cream, bakery, food supplement, breakfast cereal and confectionery industries. This product category has become increasingly popular. Take advantage of our expertise and find the right raw material for your application. Cupuaçú, açaí, acerola, jabuticaba, maqui berry, haskap berry, baobab, camu camu or date can add an exotic kick to your products. Fans of classic flavors will appreciate the powder varieties of apple, orange, strawberry or raspberry.

Carrière also offers fruit pastes that are low in water activity. The bestsellers are date and apple, particularly popular for baked goods, granola bars, snacks, and confectionery.
