Ziggurat Designs Pack for Pepsi RAW
Ziggurat Brands was given fixed elements to work into the design, including the bottle shape, closure and Pepsi RAW name.
07/02/08 Pepsi's latest offering, Pepsi RAW, hits the shelves this month with packaging and identity designed by Ziggurat Brands.
Quinn Glass in Cheshire is making the brand's flint glass bottle in the traditional Pepsi bottle shape, while Pelliconi in Italy has provided the tin-plate crown closure.
Ziggurat Brands was given fixed elements to work into the design, including the bottle shape, closure and Pepsi RAW name.
The company chose a simple, pared-back design after customer research.
The RAW brand name is printed vertically in white up the bottle neck, just below the smaller, white Pepsi logo.
Every copper-coloured closure is stamped with the simplified Pepsi Globe logo in silver.
Kellie Chapple, client services director at Ziggurat Brands, said the packaging reflected the "premium nature and stripped-back idea" of the brand's positioning.
