XStream Beverage Network enters into distribution agreement with Maletis Beverage
Enters Pacific Northwest market.
08/02/06 XStream Beverage Network, Inc., an emerging developer, marketer, and distributor of innovative and new age beverages, has announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Maletis Beverage of Portland, Oregon. Under the terms of the agreement, Maletis will be the Company's exclusive distributor of the products in the greater metropolitan area of Portland including all of Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill, Columbia, Marion and Polk Counties in Oregon as well as Clark and Cowlitz Counties in the state of Washington.

Maletis Beverage has been in the beverage business since 1935 with a wide variety of Domestic, Import and Craft beers and non alcoholic beverages. Maletis operates from two locations, one in Portland, Oregon and the other in Longview, Washington.
In March 2005, XStream entered into an agreement with SPA Water of Belgium for the exclusive United States distribution rights for SPA Natural Spring Water. SPA Natural Spring Water is imported from the town of SPA, Belgium located in the Ardennes Mountains, one of Europe's most famous conservation areas. The addition of SPA Natural Spring Water and Chinese Rocket Fuel, the latter of which is a 16 oz. energy drink formulated with a blend of Chinese herbs, are consistent with the Company's development of a portfolio of beverage brands which compete in every segment of the new age beverage market. These new offerings complement XStream's proprietary brands, Maui Juice Company, Squeeze gourmet soda, and Yohimbe energy drink.
