Valio Launches Zero Lactose Whole Milk Powder

In response to the growing demand for lactose free products in Europe, Valio now offers both lactose free skim milk powder and lactose free whole milk powder.

Oct 3 2011 --- Valio is launching Valio Zero Lactose Whole Milk Powder to be used as an ingredient for the food industry. This lactose free whole milk powder is yet another much anticipated addition to Valio’s lactose free food industry product range.

In response to the growing demand for lactose free products in Europe, Valio now offers both lactose free skim milk powder and lactose free whole milk powder. These ingredients contain less than 0.1% lactose and are the most truly lactose free milk powders on the market. Their taste remains natural due to Valio’s lactose free technology and an unchanged milk mineral composition.

First Valio HYLA Low Lactose Milk Powder was brought to market 30 years ago. And Valio Zero Lactose Lactose Free Skimmed Milk Powder was launched in 2007.
