The coconut sugar is sourced from Indonesia where it is collected from the sugary sap of coconut palms, and further processed for coconut syrup in a high-tech facility in the Netherlands to obtain a stable high quality product. The caramel flavored syrup is a natural 1:1 replacement for cane sugar, with a milder sweetness and a lower Glycemic Index than table sugar. Coconut syrup is available in light and dark colour.
