18 Jun 2015 --- The Barry Callebaut Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of high quality chocolate and cocoa products, today announced the opening of its first Chocolate Academy center in Tokyo, Japan. It is Barry Callebaut’s 19th training center in the world and its fourth in the Region Asia Pacific, after Mumbai (India), Shanghai (China) and Singapore.
