Sympak Group at CIBUS TEC 2005

Will be represented by its companies Corazza, RC, Stephan Machinery and Sympak Bottling & Canning.

11/10/05 Sympak Group will attend to next edition of CIBUS TEC 2005, an international food processing and packaging technology exhibition, which will take place in Parma from October 18th to 22nd, 2005.

Sympak will be represented by its companies Corazza, RC, Stephan Machinery and Sympak Bottling & Canning and will be located in Hall 7 Stand I024, where they will exhibit the following machines.

Sympak Bottling & Canning-
Filling and seaming monoblock consisting of Piston Filler with 30 filling valves mechanically synchronized with a 6-head Seamer Mod. PF30 + 2000/6L,  signed by SIMA technology - the food division of Sympak Bottling & Canning. This machine is suitable to handle  a wide range of products such as: homogeneous liquids and with particles, cooking sauces, evaporated and condensed milk, marmalade and jams, patè, mayonnaise, tomato paste, ketchup and similar, edible oils

Free standing Seamer machine Mod. Seamer 2000/8H, suitable for tin an aluminium cans

Corazza / RC-
Dosing wrapping Machine Mod. FF220/N, completely overhauled  FF220/N  automatic  dosing  wrapping   machine with production capacity of 200 Kg/h (200 portion/minute)

RC-
New version of Pressed Soup Cubes Line PDP/18 + IDP, made of a completely mechanical 18-piston rotary press machine and a multi-head high-speed automatic wrapping (capacity up to 45.000 cubes/hour).

Stephan Machinery-
Vacutherm System Mod. V-MC 100/15, representing a machine family with capacities up to 4.000 l/h. It is a highly flexible and economic processing system which is widely used for several applications, such as mayonnaise, ketchup, soups, sauces, dressings, baby food, etc, needing processes such as mixing, emulsifying, dispersing, size reduction, direct and indirect heating. Liquid and solid ingredients can be processes and incorporation of particles such as vegetable pieces can be achieved.

Sympak Bottling & Canning will also take part in the upcoming SIMEI in Milan (22-26 November), an international exhibition for bottling and packing all kind of beverages.
