Sweet Additions Acquires Assets of Primera Foods’ Cameron Facility

9 Oct 2012 --- Sweet Additions, LLC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sweet Additions Ingredient Processors, LLC, has completed the acquisition of the assets of Primera Foods’ maltodextrin and syrup solids business. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Located in Cameron, Wis., Primera’s 50,000-square-foot Cameron facility is a producer and marketer of natural and organic maltodextrins and syrup solids derived from rice, oat and tapioca. These products are marketed under the RiceTrin and Tapi labels.
