SurePure Announces Production of Cider For Craft Brewing Market

21 Jul 2014 --- SurePure, Inc., a global leader in liquid photopurification, has, in conjunction with a Cape Town, South African craft brewer, announced the successful application of the patented photopurification process to the production of cider.

Partnering with the Garagista Beer Co., a Cape Town, South African craft brewer, the first cider variants, an apple cider and a pomegranate cider have been developed.
